What you will do

• Perform maintenance, repair, and board-level troubleshooting of production and test equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability.
• Execute head changes for Burnish, Glide, and Cert heads.
• Maintain automation systems and pick-and-place robots.
• Monitor machine yield and performance via real-time systems to implement corrective actions.
• Administer training for equipment operation and repair procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Availability to work a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 PM to 7:45 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in board-level equipment troubleshooting.
