Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead sales discovery and design solutions aligned with prospect objectives and technical requirements.
• Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and technical briefings for prospects, partners, and security leaders.
• Support proof-of-value engagements by deploying, testing, troubleshooting, and advising on supported integrations.
• Analyze hirify.global solutions against incumbent and competing products to demonstrate business and technical value.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Support onboarding, ticket management, ongoing customer communication, and solution adoption after purchase.

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean and conversational English communication skills.
• Technical and consulting services experience.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand security practitioners' needs.
• Ability to work across discovery, validation, closing, onboarding, and post-purchase customer support.
• Understanding of SOC and AI is highly desirable.
