Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role in Morrisville, North Carolina, with required attendance at the Morrisville collaboration hub

What you will do

• Build relationships with partners, understand their technical environments, and help them maximize the value of hirify.global products.
• Provide technical guidance on complex requirements, product fit, product gaps, and deployment best practices.
• Design and implement custom monitoring, automation, and reporting solutions with partners.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Support and other internal teams when needed.
• Deliver training and enablement for partners and internal teams, while mentoring colleagues.
• Support customer migrations, share MSP and competitive insights, and document partner interactions and project updates.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within an MSP or supporting businesses that sell to MSPs.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, customer service, and self-management skills.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, scripting, automation, networking, and virtualization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and partner needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 5–10% of the time.
• A technical degree is complementary; relevant experience and skills are valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac operating systems.
• Background supporting remote monitoring or PSA solutions.
