Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity) - Saudi Arabia

Location: Saudi Arabia; remote position. In-person meetings take place in the EMEA headquarters twice a year and regularly within the region.

What you will do

• Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and align them with the platform’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and secure technical wins with Enterprise Sales.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity programs, crisis simulations, cyber skills development, and organizational risk measurement.
• Build strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience and drive adoption of the hirify.global One platform.
• Support program management through platform metrics, custom reports, Executive Business Reviews, and account health insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, solution consulting, and pre-sales; Customer Success experience is desirable.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance requirements, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• CISSP or another relevant industry qualification.
