Senior Solutions Engineer (AI Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on pre-sales technical engagements and revenue growth.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and challenges.
• Design and present AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.
• Advise C-level and technical stakeholders on architecture, deployment, and integration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams, and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers in South Korea.
• Hands-on experience with proofs of concept, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Strong understanding of networking, AWS, Azure, GCP, and security architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-driven security solutions or advanced threat detection platforms.
• Experience with Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms.
• Familiarity with South Korean regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience working with system integrators and channel partners.
