Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity), Sweden

Location: Hybrid, Sweden; up to 50% travel may be required for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and collaboration.

Salary: SEK 1,102,000–1,515,000 annual, including on-target incentive compensation. The role also includes eligibility for hirify.global's equity plan.

What you will do

• Map customer initiatives and business problems to hirify.global solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to understand requirements and support enterprise opportunities.
• Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Lead proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
• Create technical content and represent hirify.global at developer, technology, cybersecurity, and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or another customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise accounts.
• Experience with CDN, security, networking, or SaaS technologies.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Understanding of customer network and application architectures, including hybrid architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of application and network security, VPN and remote access, SIEM and log analytics, routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, and local Internet breakout.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Nordic language.
• Knowledge of CDN providers and Internet security technology markets.
• Experience advising on network and security transformation and applying vertical or domain expertise.
