What you will do
- Establish robust process and control systems to monitor yield and quality.
- Improve yield and reduce material scrap through process, material, and equipment optimization.
- Provide engineering support for plant strategy projects, new product development, customer complaints, outsourcing projects, and lean Kaizen activities.
- Troubleshoot process issues and manage abnormal lot disposition to maintain on-time delivery and high quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Experience with process and quality control systems.
- Ability to analyze and improve yield, scrap, productivity, and cost performance.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing process abnormalities and supporting corrective actions.
- Ability to contribute to new product development, plant strategy, outsourcing, and lean improvement projects.
