Ramp Process Engineer (BEOL)

Location: Singapore, SGP; Work location: North; travel required up to 25% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL optical processes for performance, yield, and reliability in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Partner with process module engineers in etch, deposition, and lithography to improve device and yield performance.
• Collaborate with integration, device, defect reduction, reliability, quality, customer, vendor, and supplier teams to resolve technical issues and support milestones.
• Design, execute, and analyze Design of Experiments and perform Root Cause Analysis for complex process engineering problems.
• Collect and analyze data, compile technical reports, characterize hardware, and implement mitigation plans and new characterization methods within safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in BEOL optics or semiconductor fabrication is preferred.
• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices for improving products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment and innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different points of view.
• Ability to work within safety guidelines and collaborate across process, integration, customer, quality, reliability, and related engineering functions.
