Order Processing Admin (Automotive)

What you will do

• Process and enter customer and dealer orders accurately and on time.
• Review order details, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution.
• Send templated order communications to dealers, upfitters, and internal teams.
• Track order progress and follow up to keep orders moving through the pipeline.
• Complete, organize, and maintain contracts, confirmations, allocation records, and delivery documentation.
• Support order-status reporting and escalate missing documentation or data gaps.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in order processing, sales or administrative support, or a similar operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, repetitive, high-volume data entry.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Strong organization and reliable follow-through on outstanding items.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, electric vehicle, fleet, or commercial vehicle industries.
