Auction Business Operations Associate (Automotive)

What you will do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit retail and wholesale sales documentation, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV records.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, including titles, payoffs, and funding documentation.
• Receive payments, prepare deposits, and follow cash-security procedures.
• Train new associates, support multiple departments, and help balance overflow traffic.
• Perform filing, data entry, reconciliation, and workplace safety duties.

Requirements

• Read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data-entry systems, and intermediate PC skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
