What you will do

  • Provide Director’s Action Group support in accordance with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Direct the receipt, assignment, tracking, monitoring, and closure of internal and external actions using the action tracking system.
  • Analyze actions, coordinate responses, assess accuracy, and keep senior leadership informed about pending, late, and completed work.
  • Draft, proofread, edit, and finalize internal and external correspondence, presentations, reports, and metrics.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, committees, Integrated Process Teams, working groups, and task forces.
  • Manage project records, support recognition and security activities, and assist with TIER, Action Officer, and correspondence training courses.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with an adjudicated polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of government experience, or approximately 5 years within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense; an associate degree may be accepted with 10+ years of IC or DoD experience.
  • Experience with federal acquisitions, DoD or Intelligence Community budget and finance processes, or national security policy.
  • Experience in systems engineering, project management, program management, or a combination of these areas.
  • Experience working with senior executives, using Microsoft Office, analyzing situations, communicating concisely, building cooperative relationships, and delivering or facilitating training.
