Senior Principal Program Manager - Government Sector (R-19859)

What you will do

• Own delivery of contracted data, analytics, products, and services for a national security sector client.
• Lead cross-functional fulfillment teams and coordinate with product management, analytics, engineering, delivery, and sales teams.
• Manage customer relationships, program reviews, engagement plans, contractual obligations, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Translate government customer mission requirements into project plans, Statements of Work, workflows, and actionable solutions.
• Support integration and customization of D&B products, services, and APIs, including data analysis, modeling, research, and consulting.
• Identify program risks, growth opportunities, and improvements to data collection and analytical coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams in matrixed environments.
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is required.
• Experience in sensitive operations and the national security sector, with strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility as required, travel for business, and, where applicable, hold TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.
