Strategic Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site, with the ability to work in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts.
• Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering on the roadmap.
• Develop and refine customer success playbooks as the company scales.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Experience with research, insights, or AI products.
