Engagement Manager (Public Sector, AI)

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive leadership to end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases for the engineering team to build and refine.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite in Colorado Springs 4 days per week and travel 25%+ of the time.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program management.
• Experience at an API technology company or managing customers using an API.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Domain expertise in modeling, simulation, joint planning, or intelligence workflows.
