What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive stakeholders through end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with customers for implementation by engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and operator pain points to improve customer success.
• Oversee account onboarding and successful implementation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• At least five years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise applications or solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite with customers in the Oahu area four days per week and travel at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Ten or more years of professional experience in customer-facing technical program management in industry or government.
• Experience at an API technology company or managing technical API customers.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Experience with modeling and simulation, joint planning, intelligence workflows, or related domains.
