Engagement Manager (Hawaii), Public Sector (AI)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, with onsite customer work throughout the Oahu area 4 days per week; travel at least 25% as needed.

Salary: $166,400–$249,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive stakeholders through end users.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with customers for implementation by the engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project delivery against customer AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and operator pain points to improve customer success.
• Oversee account onboarding and successful implementation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise-scale applications or solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite with customers in the Oahu area 4 days per week and travel at least 25%.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in customer-facing technical program management in industry or government.
• Experience with API technology companies or technical customers using APIs.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Expertise in modeling and simulation, joint planning processes, intelligence workflows, or a related domain.
