Agent PM Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; ability to travel approximately 25%.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engagement managers.
• Own the health and outcomes of a portfolio of customer deployments, including early risk detection and resolution of critical issues.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives and advise them on AI-driven customer experience transformation.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow customer relationships.
• Represent customer needs across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Create delivery standards, staffing models, and playbooks that improve the wider Delivery organization.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of customer-facing delivery, consulting, or professional-services experience.
• Experience managing people or clear readiness to step into team leadership.
• Track record of growing customer accounts or managing a book of business.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Executive-level communication skills and credibility across business and technology topics.
• Technical fluency with AI, automation, and platform configuration without requiring software development.
