Enterprise Quality & Delivery Lead (AI-Driven QA Transformation)

What you will do

• Advise senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives, on quality and delivery strategy.
• Partner with the Senior QA Director to define and promote enterprise-wide quality strategy.
• Establish governance, transparency, predictability, and end-to-end visibility across QA, engineering, and business delivery processes.
• Lead the transition from traditional QA to AI-enabled, insight-driven quality engineering.
• Implement AI-assisted testing, predictive quality analytics, and process optimization.
• Promote continuous testing, shift-left practices, intelligent automation, and alignment with broader enterprise transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Career progression from QA Engineer through QA Lead and QA Manager into Program, Project, or Delivery Management.
• Extensive experience in complex enterprise environments with cross-functional delivery structures.
• Experience operating at strategic and operational levels and engaging C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical topics into business language.
• Understanding of modern QA practices, automation, AI trends in testing, and QA and delivery transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools or frameworks, including Playwright, and TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Experience leading QA transformation or modernization programs.
• Familiarity with ERP, e-commerce, and cloud platforms.
