Financial Systems Program Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Annual salary range: $160,000–$195,000 for Washington, DC; the offer depends on experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Lead financial systems programs and projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project and program portfolios with Finance leadership, including prioritization, resource allocation, and oversight.
• Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, scorecards, financial reports, risk assessments, and issue logs.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate Finance, Information Technology, subject matter experts, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, stakeholder communications, release management, adoption, and production transitions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of program and portfolio management experience, including 3 years in a large enterprise with multiple locations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, information technology, accounting, finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Experience in the legal industry preferred.
