What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to implement strategic people agendas and leadership development.
• Act as a change agent during business transformations and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead annual people processes including performance reviews, compensation, and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders to build strategic workforce plans.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver global people solutions.
• Promote and act as an ambassador for diversity and inclusion strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is required.
• Good knowledge of French is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing organizational change.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to adapt to the financial industry.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships with business leaders.
