What you will do

• Support the Senior HR Business Partner in advising a regional client group focused on selling financial products.
• Advise employees on mobility, family-friendly policies, and long-term sickness absence while supporting HR transformation projects and policy development.
• Support talent-cycle processes, performance reviews, employee-relations matters, and performance analytics.
• Partner with campus recruitment teams and support immigration management for intern, analyst, and associate programs.
• Identify learning needs and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Improve People Operations through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled tools that enhance scalability, employee experience, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience supporting HR business partnering and generalist HR activities.
• Ability to work across performance management, talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.
• Capability to analyze performance metrics, identify process improvements, and create action plans from engagement surveys.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on automation and AI-driven HR solutions.
