Senior Director Field Effectiveness and Capability Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Set the future vision for field capabilities and commercial execution across hirify.global's North American business.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools for field productivity, customer engagement, coaching, analytics, and decision-making.
• Lead strategic field effectiveness and transformation programs spanning field learning and development, incentive compensation, CRM, field reporting, and sales analytics.
• Own program governance, roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation, business cases, and ROI frameworks across concurrent initiatives.
• Build alignment with Commercial Operations, Digital, People & Culture, business units, and global teams while managing vendors and technology partners.
• Lead change management, capability-gap analysis, continuous improvement, and executive reporting to drive sustainable adoption.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience delivering capability transformation and AI or technology adoption programs at scale.
• Strong strategic partnership, influencing, communication, storytelling, and complex program management skills.
• Deep understanding of field operations, including CRM systems, incentive compensation, sales analytics, and field learning and development.
• Experience in regulated industries, organizational transformation, change management, and external vendor management.
• Technical knowledge of AI applications, sales technology platforms, data analytics tools, and project or portfolio management tools; bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MA, MS, MBA, or PhD.
• Experience with design-thinking workshops, innovation sprints, or cross-functional co-creation sessions.
• Strong market awareness and network in AI innovation for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations.
