Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager - Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation

Location: Hybrid role based at the Thousand Oaks, California or Deerfield, Illinois site, with on-site work at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Support GCCI strategic planning and translate priorities into execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and leadership on annual planning, budgets, workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting covering financial performance, organizational health, and strategic progress.
• Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, meetings, workshops, planning sessions, governance processes, and follow-up actions.
• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives and transformation efforts, tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Improve organizational effectiveness and operating models by simplifying processes and adopting innovative technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and new ways of working.

Requirements

• Doctorate plus 2 years, master’s degree plus 4 years, bachelor’s degree plus 6 years, associate degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of Strategic Planning & Operations experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams in Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Consulting, or Program Management.
• Experience with business planning, budget management, workforce planning, resource allocation, performance management, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, business acumen, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence without authority, synthesize complex information, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Regular on-site presence is required at the Thousand Oaks or Deerfield location.
