Senior Program Manager (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Partner with Clinical & Research Quality, R&D GxP Audit, and Operational Excellence leaders to develop and execute strategic priorities and operating plans.
• Coordinate governance, leadership meetings, portfolio reviews, dashboards, executive updates, and follow-up actions.
• Translate enterprise initiatives into implementation plans while tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, and interdependencies.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and support functional transformation, organizational changes, and continuous improvement.
• Implement standardized processes, governance practices, templates, and knowledge repositories across R&D Quality.
• Support workforce planning, organizational capacity planning, and organizational health metrics.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 4 years, bachelor's degree with 6 years, associate's degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include program management, business operations, quality assurance, or R&D.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, developing strategic roadmaps and operating plans, and supporting leadership teams.
• Advanced program or portfolio management skills in a matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing-without-authority skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience, including R&D quality and risk management knowledge.
• Experience integrating global teams and applying organizational change management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
