Senior Director, Infrastructure & Network (Cybersecurity)

Location: Foster City, United States

Salary: $215,000–$255,000 per year base salary, excluding incentive compensation and potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise technology vision into infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• Lead complex infrastructure and network programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee data centers, cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments.
• Drive cloud adoption, automation, ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes, disaster recovery, risk mitigation, and service metrics.
• Develop the future-state operating model and integrate security, agile practices, and service-oriented infrastructure.
• Lead teams, workforce planning, budgets, resources, vendor partnerships, coaching, retention, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 16+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management, including 10+ years in director-level roles.
• Experience leading complex programs and aligning infrastructure strategies with executive vision.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and virtualization.
• Expertise in network architecture, including SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, plus Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL practices.

Nice to have

• PMP, CISSP, CCNP, or ITIL certification.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
