Salary: $80,000 - $126,500 USD

What you will do
- Develop and implement robust advanced manufacturing processes and process improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using Lean, 6S, and other engineering tools.
- Manage shift process technicians and provide technical guidance to team leads.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and prototype builds for new product launches.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including FMEA, control plans, and CAD models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
- Must be able to work onsite in New London, North Carolina.
- Proficiency in core quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Experience with CAD software and technical drawing interpretation including GD&T.
- Demonstrated application of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Twin screen profile extrusion and composite manufacturing experience.
- Experience with PLC or DCS control systems.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance indicators.
