Manufacturing Operations Manager

Location: Breinigsville, Pennsylvania — onsite at the Allentown East Facility. Day shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible start and end times between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Requires 24/7 on-call availability and occasional travel within the U.S. of approximately 10%.

Salary: $132,349–$161,594 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations in a large bottling and distribution facility as part of the leadership team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and frontline employees while planning workforce capabilities.
• Partner with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency, output, safety, and product quality.
• Manage staffing, labor budgets, downtime, production processes, preventative maintenance, and quality goals.
• Lead continuous improvement, cultural change, and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, budgeting, product launches, equipment installations, upgrades, audits, and compliance with GMP, food safety, and FSSC standards.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of production experience in manufacturing, including 5 or more years in a team leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience developing leaders and training, motivating, coaching, and managing teams.
• Knowledge of production processes, preventative maintenance, budget management, TPM, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, business management software, and production monitoring systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong English language skills are required, along with effective communication, relationship-building, delegation, and change-management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• SAP experience.
