Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees building high-precision flight simulators.
• Manage daily production activities and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are met.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, materials, resources, and production schedules.
• Monitor operational performance, address risks to milestones, and improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement, change management, and implementation of production procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage employees according to company policies and collective agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with production scheduling, workforce planning, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing health and safety practices.
• Strong proficiency in both French and English is required.

• Experience in aerospace, defence, or other complex manufacturing industries.
