Senior Technical Product Manager (Generative AI)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, prioritization, and execution of the Generative AI platform and supporting data products.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, prioritization, and release management with engineering and Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate on APIs, data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, data architecture, and enterprise data platform capabilities.
• Build requirements for platform performance, scalability, availability, reliability, security, data quality, and operational readiness.
• Define KPIs for adoption, usage, performance, reliability, delivery, data quality, and business impact, using results to refine product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with complex technical, data, cloud, AI, or platform products.
• Experience managing technical product roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, Generative AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, and data architecture.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and modern cloud or data platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery; SQL proficiency is required.
• Working knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, privacy, security, access controls, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with BI and analytics tools or metrics layers.
• Background in analytics, data engineering, or quantitative roles.
