Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead product discovery through research and analytics to define strategy and validate opportunities.
• Own product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for strategic client initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define AI-enabled capabilities and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Navigate ambiguity and manage dependencies across multidisciplinary teams to drive execution.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders as a strategic product advisor.
• Mentor other product managers and contribute to the evolution of internal product methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering complex digital products.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in enterprise software or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and intelligent automation.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Operations.
• Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Background in consulting or professional services organizations.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
