Associate, Application Support Development (AI)

Location: United States of America; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Technology, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Translate Finance processes and concepts into technology requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Analyze application, data, and process issues, identify root causes, and coordinate incident and production issue resolution.
• Evaluate application architecture, integrations, interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and the impact of proposed changes.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives involving application modernization, automation, financial data, and reporting improvements.
• Evaluate, validate, integrate, and operationalize solutions developed or accelerated with AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, APIs and vendor APIs, Jira, VMware virtualization, and Scrum methodology.
• 5+ years of knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of Finance applications and processes, preferably including General Ledger, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and financial data.
• Technical understanding of software development, system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technology delivery; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is strongly preferred and required for complex analysis and reconciliation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Consulting, technology consulting, application management, or advisory experience.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and productivity tools such as Devin, Google Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
