Sr Business Systems Analyst (Ad Sales)

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence. The listed company location is 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Own support tickets from intake through analysis, follow-up, resolution, and SLA compliance.
• Provide front-end user support, back-end monitoring, and troubleshooting for advertising sales systems.
• Investigate business logic, calculation, integration, and backend data issues across sales, planning, pricing, campaign management, ad serving, delivery, and billing systems.
• Document operating procedures, incidents, defects, solutions, and system knowledge.
• Work with vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and improve system functionality.
• Define monitoring, alerts, logging, and automation opportunities to prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with an ad sales system.
• Experience with a unified ad business management platform such as Operative.One.
• Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and technology issues.
• Experience with SQL and customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and rotating weekend on-call shifts for urgent issues.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with scripting, testing, RPA, or other automated solutions.
• Experience with APIs, data streams, and microservices.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
