Senior Product Owner - Data Products

Location: Edinburgh or London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

Salary: £78,098–£109,060 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Asset & Invoice Finance.
• Lead Product, Customer Journey, and Integration colleagues and support effective multidisciplinary delivery.
• Translate customer needs, commercial opportunities, and business priorities into product outcomes and investment decisions.
• Develop data-led propositions, products, and capabilities that improve customer experience and business growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to shape scalable technology and data solutions.
• Lead delivery across multiple agile feature teams and communicate strategy, progress, and value to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience, including team leadership and influencing senior executives.
• Experience shaping product strategy, investment priorities, and delivery outcomes in a complex organisation.
• Strong experience developing and delivering data, analytics, or technology-enabled products.
• Experience translating customer and business priorities into successful product outcomes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through agile product operating models at scale.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across business, technology, and data teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, or data product ecosystems.
