Manager, Business Systems Analyst- Liquidity

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD $85,500–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support liquidity management, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and modernization initiatives.
• Translate complex business processes, data flows, and system functionality into requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology stakeholders to investigate business challenges and support solution design.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile large and complex data sets while supporting data architecture and business process solutions.
• Evaluate business value and trade-offs, prioritize enhancements, defects, and technical work, and drive alignment across platform dependencies.
• Improve automation, quality, scalability, and operational efficiency of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar technology-supporting role.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, including querying, validation, analysis, and reconciliation of complex data sets.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and business judgment skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities, trade-offs, and complex dependencies.
• Competence with Agile values, principles, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of liquidity, capital markets, or Treasury disciplines.
