Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analysis (Capital Markets)

Location: On-site full-time in New York, NY, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Gather and document complex business requirements with business partners, primarily for the Rates desk and a cross-asset risk management platform.
• Lead solution design discussions and prepare solution documentation covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical leadership and advice on business application development and technology utilization.
• Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and mentor technology and project professionals.
• Investigate ambiguous, organization-wide challenges and develop analytical solutions that support client and business objectives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in a BCS role, including project leadership and solution design.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Settlement, or Fixed Income, with knowledge of financial products and end-to-end trade processes.
• Experience with FIX protocol, XML, Oracle databases, Bloomberg TOMS, and Alteryx.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, technical writing, process design, SQL, Python, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified United States location is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
