Business Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the HQ in San Diego, CA, or the Centennial, CO location. Remote work is not available.

Salary: $70,304–$100,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Administer and govern 13 enterprise platforms covering workflow automation, document intelligence, API management, data visualization, and digital collaboration.
• Enforce SDLC controls, coordinate UAT, manage production releases, and maintain runbooks, SOPs, governance policies, and configuration documentation.
• Support citizen developers through onboarding and workflow design reviews while routing complex builds to senior engineers.
• Triage automation failures and platform incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Monitor workflow queues, exception logs, platform health, license utilization, storage, configuration drift, and Splunk dashboards.
• Maintain integration credentials and secrets, develop enablement materials, and assess business requests through ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or PMO intake channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, platform administration, or IT operations.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Automation Anywhere, Decisions, Formstack, DocuSign, or Tableau.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online, including permissions management, PnP PowerShell scripting, and library governance.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, SQL, SSO concepts, Entra ID, SAML, OIDC, and RBAC design patterns.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with secrets management and credential governance tools such as Delinea or CyberArk.
