TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (Data Operations and BI): Analyzing structured and unstructured data, validating data quality, and supporting business decisions with an accent on SQL, BI tools, and operational efficiency. Focus on investigating data anomalies, automating repetitive workflows, building QA dashboards, and coordinating deliverables across global teams.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office each week.
Salary: EUR 2,300–2,500 per month.

What you will do
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using SQL and BI tools.
- Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues with local and global teams.
- Respond to client and internal queries and ensure deliverables meet timelines, KPIs, and expectations.
- Contribute to task automation, process documentation, QA dashboards, and internal tooling improvements.
- Coordinate with product managers, analysts, and technical and business teams while owning sub-projects and operational documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain close attention to detail.

- Knowledge of e-commerce data and industry trends.
- Exposure to agile workflows or data product development.
