Clinical Configuration Analyst

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 5% travel. Not eligible for hire in California, New York, or Washington.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze client technical requirements and configure platform functionality during new client implementations.
• Test new and enhanced product functionality supporting custom client requirements.
• Define test scenarios and success criteria for client platform configurations.
• Execute configurations according to project timelines and client expectations.
• Triage and resolve technical issues during end-to-end testing and after implementation.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for client-facing analysts and collaborate on configuration management tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in configuration management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Experience creating and updating JSON-based business rules that drive system behavior.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
