Salary: $109,987–$131,989.50 USD annually; OTE: $113,987–$136,789.50 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute monthly close activities in NetSuite, including journal entries, reconciliations, analytics, and reporting in compliance with ASC 606.
• Review sales contracts and non-standard agreements to assess revenue recognition implications.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and revenue-related system reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
• Assist with the design, data integration, testing, and enhancement of NetSuite ARM and other revenue systems.
• Document processes and controls and support SOX walkthroughs, testing, and revenue-cycle audits.
• Identify process improvements, support automation initiatives, and contribute to external audit and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of combined revenue accounting and/or public accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with revenue recognition in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Meticulous, well-organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple deadlines in changing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Commitment to process improvement, technology adoption, ownership, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ARM, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Stripe, or SQL.
• Experience with subscription, usage-based, and professional services revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP implementations, mergers, and process improvement initiatives.
• CPA license.
