Salary: $91,800–$137,700 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and evaluate IT Services Technicians.
• Delegate work, create schedules, monitor ticket queues, and maintain service quality.
• Resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and improve support methods.
• Coordinate IT projects, assignments, workloads, reporting, and escalation to functional teams.
• Support IT purchasing, supply-chain, warehouse inventory, and equipment distribution activities.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and improve IT Services processes with peers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate IT helpdesk or desktop support environment.
• Thorough understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting, customer service, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, follow procedures, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on management approach with strong motivation, leadership, resourcefulness, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel, work extended hours or weekends as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
