Location: Onsite support at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Salary: $65,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide end-user and technical support to enlisted personnel.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux desktop systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, support tickets, and technical escalations.
• Maintain hardware inventory, software license records, and on-site device assets.
• Perform software updates, system backups, and user education on troubleshooting best practices.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
• Security clearance required; an interim clearance is acceptable.
• IT education is preferred.
