Senior Scrum Master (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, issues, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate technology, business, and vendor teams to support on-time delivery.
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders and leadership while following governance, SDLC, and risk management standards.
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, support backlog readiness, and promote continuous Agile improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Strong IT project management experience delivering technology initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• CSM, SSM, PMP, or equivalent project management training or certification.
• Experience in enterprise financial services, regulated environments, or highly governed organizations.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
