Senior Client Account Manager, Global Strategic Accounts (Media & Entertainment)

Location: Onsite in New York City or Los Angeles, United States

Salary: $135,100–$189,200 USD base salary per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with global advertising partners and agencies in the Media & Entertainment vertical.
• Lead campaign launches, delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization from start to finish.
• Run global account operations across revenue delivery, media strategy, multi-market optimization, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop KPI-driven recommendations using campaign performance, audience, competitor, seasonality, and market data.
• Educate brands and agencies on Reddit advertising best practices and advise on awareness and direct-response media plans.
• Represent client feedback to cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to the native ads product roadmap, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Experience with digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Experience cultivating strong external partner relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, solve product and client challenges, and work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Excel proficiency is preferred.
