Account Supervisor (Social Media)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own assigned accounts from brief through execution, reporting, and ongoing client communication.
• Lead social-first and creator-led programs across strategy, content creation, creative production, and media.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, briefs, approvals, documentation, scopes, budgets, financials, and project risks.
• Coordinate Strategy, Talent, Creative, and Media teams to keep work moving and ensure effective delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for organic account growth.
• Lead reporting, campaign recaps, presentations, proposals, and scopes while communicating account health to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant agency experience, ideally in social, creator marketing, integrated marketing, or client services.
• Experience independently owning client relationships and managing multiple complex accounts, projects, or workstreams.
• Experience leading social-first and creator-led marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Strong project management skills covering scopes, budgets, timelines, forecasting, and cross-functional resources.
• Strong strategic, written, verbal, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive.
