Lead Pricing Strategist (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: $139,200–$235,200 USD base salary per year for United States residents

What you will do

• Define pricing and packaging strategies across Premium, Ultimate, hirify.global Duo, AI, credit-based, and usage-based products.
• Develop commercial models and monetization strategies for new offerings and the existing portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, customer data, and product usage to make evidence-based recommendations.
• Build financial models, test hypotheses, conduct pricing reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with product and fulfillment teams on launches, product structures, and SKU mapping.
• Communicate recommendations, influence senior leaders, and align cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading SaaS pricing strategy and analysis across products or a complex portfolio.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling, supported by business intelligence tools such as Sisense or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into practical recommendations.
• Experience framing ambiguous problems and facilitating executive decisions among conflicting priorities.
• Ability to communicate credibly with different audiences, influence senior management, and maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Comfort developing and testing approaches to ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
