Post Trade Regulatory Change Consultant (Capital Markets)

Location: New York, United States

Base compensation: $90,000–$120,000 per year, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality consulting projects for capital markets clients as part of the Post Trade Consulting team.
• Provide business analysis and project management services, supported by early-career analysts and subject matter experts.
• Apply knowledge of capital markets challenges and large-scale regulatory and operational change.
• Advise clients on post-trade processing, transaction reporting, controls, and transformation initiatives.
• Share knowledge across the consulting practice and support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services consulting or change delivery within an investment bank, asset manager, market infrastructure organization, or service provider.
• Knowledge of project management, business analysis, regulatory change, and post-trade processing.
• Experience with trade and transaction reporting regulations, including MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, ASIC, or MAS.
• Understanding of capital markets trends and the regulatory landscape, with detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area.
• Strong consulting, communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, handle ambiguity and pressure, and adapt to change.
