Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Build top-down and bottom-up models for business forecasting, company health, and pricing evaluation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Evaluate financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and other financial metrics.
• Support valuation modeling for future partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams on data gathering, payment processes, transaction reconciliation, and Local GAAP versus US GAAP reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, GAAP, and NIF.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis software.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or PBCS/Hyperion.
