Deal Desk Senior Analyst (Finance)

Location: Remote, based in Colombia; approximately 5% travel for in-person customer and team meetings.

What you will do

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements.
• Partner with Sales to structure deals across price, volume, risk, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin.
• Guide Sales and go-to-market teams on contracting policies, approval matrices, discount governance, and financial guardrails.
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, from quote building and approvals through Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure.
• Collaborate with Legal, Billing Operations, Finance, and Sales on contract language, revenue recognition, deal velocity, and data integrity.
• Drive financial analyses and cross-functional initiatives that improve Deal Desk systems and workflows.

Requirements

• English: business proficiency or fluency required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or an analytical go-to-market role; without a degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with an understanding of core financial concepts and financial tradeoffs.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests accurately and stay organized under tight deadlines.
• Self-directed approach, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and high integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, CLM, or JIRA.
