Branch Manager

What you will do

• Plan and execute branch priorities to drive performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial well-being.
• Lead branded sales processes, acquire consumer and business households, and grow share of wallet.
• Develop business banking results through business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach employees to deliver consultative, technology-enabled customer interactions and resolve client issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members through ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Related banking experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, client counseling, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks are required under applicable banking regulations.
