Branch Manager -Highland Park

Location: Highland Park, Illinois, United States. Workplace type: Office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Annual salary: $75,000–$100,000, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving budgeted production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, referrals, and relationship deepening.
• Develop new consumer and business relationships through business development, calling programs, and community partnerships.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, processes, and performance.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and internal partnerships supporting the branch market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and colleague development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations; U.S. work authorization is required.
