What you will do

• Manage all facets of branch sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead customer acquisition, relationship deepening, referrals, and business development activities.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop internal partnerships.
• Coach, recruit, hire, motivate, and develop branch colleagues.
• Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, presentation, and colleague-development skills.
• Ability to use mobile and online banking technologies and understand consumer and business deposit products.
• NMLS-related background checks may require fingerprint submission.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
